至 sxstory5 : You are partially right. It seems that the nudity laws in Japan are as fractured as the old "Wet/Dry" alcohol laws in the States used to be. (Some still exist.) Even in the 70's when I was stationed there, it all seemed to depend on where you went as to what you could see.
